Numerous visitors took the opportunity to look around the new EiVita dried-egg factory on its open day on 14th September 2013.
Employees from Schropper GmbH, which is a shareholder of EiVita, also accepted the invitation to get exciting glimpses behind the scenes of Austria’s first and only egg-powder plant, including pasteurisation and drying.
EiVita Austria KG was founded in 2012 as a sister company of Gnaser Frischeiproduktion GmbH, closing a gap in the Austrian food industry. The company focuses exclusively on producing Austrian eggs, egg yolks and egg white powder to meet the wishes and requirements of the industry as well as of consumers.
